What I Do
Broadcast Operations & Production Support
Provide operational and production support for live and taped broadcast events, ensuring smooth execution in fast-paced media environments. Coordinate logistics across production teams, technical crews, and internal stakeholders to support large-scale sports and media productions, including the Super Bowl, 2026 FIFA World Cup, Christmas in Rockefeller Center, and TechWomen Summit.
Event Logistics & Large-Scale Production Coordination
Support planning and execution of large-scale national and international events by assisting with scheduling, vendor coordination, and operational workflows. Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure event readiness and adherence to tight timelines.
Budget Management & Financial Operations
Assist with budget creation, cost tracking, and financial reconciliation for media productions and live events. Prepare and submit expense reports, track operational costs, and support account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Vendor Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to support production needs and operational efficiency. Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.
